Section 20-1-35 Food Safety Advisory Committee. There is hereby created the Food Safety Advisory Committee to provide recommendations to the State Board of Agriculture and Industries concerning the promulgation of rules and regulations related to the establishment and definition of class violations under Section 20-1-34, and other definitions required under Section 20-1-34 (d)(5). (a) The Secretary of the Department of Labor may prescribe rules and regulations for the purpose of conducting continuing education seminars for all personnel associated with workers' compensation claims and collect registration fees in order to cover the related expenditures.
