Section 24-1-32 Form, denominations, terms, etc., of bonds; sale of bonds; issuance of interim
certificates, etc. The bonds of the authority shall be authorized by its resolution and shall
be issued in one or more series and shall bear such date or dates, mature at such time or
times, not exceeding 60 years from their respective dates, bear interest at such rate or rates,
per annum payable at the time or times, be in such denominations, which may be made interchangeable,
be in such form, either coupon or registered, carry such registration privileges, be executed
in such manner, be payable in such medium of payment, at such place or places, and be subject
to such terms of redemption, with or without premium, as such resolution or its trust indenture

Section 11-81-166 Revenue bonds - Authority for issuance; authorization proceedings generally;

Section 11-51-90 Municipal business licenses; branch offices; application. (a) All municipalities
shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation,
occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may
be engaged in or carried on in the municipality. (2) To fix the amount of licenses, the time
for which they are to run, not exceeding one license year, to provide a penalty for doing
business without a license, and to charge a fee not exceeding ten dollars ($10) for issuing
each license. The issuance fee shall be increased every five license years by the Department
of Revenue by an amount equal to the percentage increase, if any, in the U.S. Department of
