Section 8-6-5 Registration of securities - Registration by notification. (a) The following securities may be registered by notification, whether or not they are also eligible for registration by coordination under Section 8-6-6: (1) Any security whose issuer and any predecessors have been in continuous operation for at least five years if: a. (a) In order to provide for operation and financing of one or more, but not all, of its authorized services under Chapter 89, Title 11, by following the procedures set out in this article, any district may establish a separate public corporation and grant to it the power to finance and operate any, but not all, of the authorized services of the district. Section 20-2-190.2 Electronic drug offender tracking system. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DRUG RELATED CONVICTION. Any conviction or plea of nolo contendere for the offense of possession, distribution, trafficking, or any degree of manufacture of controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
