Section 31-5-3 State Board of Veterans' Affairs. (a) The State Board of Veterans' Affairs shall
consist of the Governor, as chair, and representatives, to serve for a term of four years
from the date of their respective appointments, who shall be selected from the memberships

Section 27-60-2 Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. The State of Alabama hereby

Section 27-7-5 Licenses - Qualifications. (a) An individual applying for a resident insurance
producer license shall make application to the commissioner on the Uniform Application, and
an individual applying for a service representative license shall make application to the
commissioner on the application prescribed by the commissioner, each declaring under penalty

(a)(1) The State Board of Medical Examiners on its own motion may investigate any evidence
which appears to show that a physician or osteopath holding a certificate of qualification
to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama is or may be guilty of any of the
acts, offenses, or conditions set out in Section 34-24-360. As part of its investigation,
the board may require a criminal history background check of the physician or osteopath. In
such event, the physician or osteopath shall submit a complete set of fingerprints to the
