Section 2-8-126 Notice of referendum; maximum assessment. When a referendum has been authorized
as provided in Section 2-8-125, the certified organization shall, before calling and announcing
such referendum, fix, determine and publicly announce, at least 30 days before the date determined

Section 9-8-31 Discontinuance. (a) At any time after three years after the organization of
a district under the provisions of this article, any 25 owners of land lying within the boundaries
of such district may file a petition with the State Soil and Water Conservation Committee

section shall apply only to Jackson County. (b) As used in this section, sales and use tax
means a tax imposed by the state sales and use tax statutes and such other acts applicable
