Section 2-6-80 Renovation of coliseum. The Agricultural Center Board shall proceed with
the renovation and repair of the coliseum as soon as may be practical following the sale of
the corporation's securities. Such renovation and repair shall be done by the Agricultural

or contracts for each part of the work to the lowest responsible bidder after advertisement
