Section 8-26B-30 Alabama Athlete Agents Commission. (a) The Alabama Athlete Agents Commission
is continued in existence. The commission shall consist of the Secretary of State and 18 members

Section 10A-20-7.20 Amendment of certificate of formation. (a) The certificate of formation
may be amended by the votes of the stockholders and the members of the corporation, voting
separately by classes, and the amendments shall require approval by the affirmative vote of

Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is vested
with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter. The board shall
consist of five members who are citizens of this state. The members of the board shall be
licensed pharmacists who have been licensed in this state for a minimum of five years and
who are actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy or pharmacy administration, or both.

Section 10A-3-5.04 Articles of merger or consolidation. (a) Upon the approval, articles of
merger or articles of consolidation shall be executed for each nonprofit corporation by its
president or a vice president, and by its secretary or an assistant secretary, and verified

joint stock company, or association subject to income tax under this chapter shall file a
