Section 4-3-6 Officers of authority. The officers of the authority shall consist of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as the board shall deem necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the authority was organized. The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary of the authority shall be elected by the board from its membership, but neither the treasurer nor any of the other officers of the authority need be a member of the board of directors. The offices of secretary and treasurer may, but need not be, held by the same person. Section 41-10-460 Execution of bonds. All bonds of the authority shall be signed by its president, and the seal of the authority shall be affixed thereto and attested by its secretary.
