Section 11-56-1 Definitions. The following words and phrases, whenever used in this
chapter, shall, in the absence of clear implication otherwise, have the following respective
meanings: (1) CORPORATION OR THE CORPORATION. A corporation organized pursuant to the provisions
of this chapter. (2) BOARD. The board of directors of the corporation. (3) THE STATE. The

Section 41-4-114 Purchase of property from United States or its agencies. (a) Whenever
it appears advantageous to the state or any department, division, bureau, commission, board
or other agency thereof to purchase or otherwise acquire any equipment, supplies, material
or other property which may be offered for sale by the United States of America or any agency

Section 5-11A-5 Deposit of security for operation of trust business - Amount required
and form; charges against deposit. Any corporation organized and operating as a trust company
or as a bank authorized by law to do a trust business may deposit with the State Treasurer
