Section 37-9-29 Reports from air carriers; form of accounts, records, etc., maintained by carriers;
right of access to lands, buildings, accounts, etc., of carriers; appointment of special agents
or auditors to inspect same. (a) The commission is empowered to require annual reports from
any air carrier covering any or all operations of business. The contents of such report, and
the form thereof, shall conform as nearly as may be to that required of air carriers and air
contractors by the Civil Aeronautics Board or other administrative agency of the federal government
under the Act of Congress entitled "The Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938," approved

Section 11-57-12 Bonds - Recital as to authority for issuance; notice of resolution authorizing
issuance of bonds; limitation period for actions, etc., as to validity of proceedings for
issuance of bonds, etc. (a) Any resolution authorizing any bonds under this chapter shall

Section 11-58-8 Bonds - Security for payment of principal and interest; remedies upon default.
The principal of and interest on any bonds issued by a corporation organized under the authority
of this chapter shall be secured by a pledge of the rentals and other receipts of all or any
part of the medical clinic and its facilities financed in whole or in part with the proceeds
of such bond issue or with the proceeds of bonds refunded or to be refunded by such issue,

Section 35-12-71 Definitions. As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires,

Section 37-15-10.1 Underground Damage Prevention Authority. (a) The Underground Damage Prevention
Authority is created for the purpose of enforcing this chapter and for reviewing penalty provisions
and the adequacy of the enforcement process. It is the intent of the Legislature that the
authority and its enforcement activities not be funded by appropriations from the state budget.
(b) The authority shall utilize the services of the Alabama Public Service Commission to provide
administrative support for the authority, subject to the concurrence by the authority board.
The Public Service Commission shall charge the expenses associated with the administrative
duties of the authority back to the authority, subject to the concurrence of the authority
