Section 9-14E-5 Acceptance of proposals; project agreement; Gulf State Park Project Committee.
(a) No later than 30 days after acceptance of a proposal by the Governor, the Governor shall
submit the accepted proposal to the Director of Finance and Alabama Building Commission for
evaluation, review, and comments pertaining to the information provided in the proposal. The
Director of Finance and Alabama Building Commission shall provide such evaluation, review,
and comments to the Governor no later than 60 days after acceptance of a proposal by the Governor.
(b) Upon acceptance of a proposal by the Governor, and subject to the provisions of subsection
(a), the Governor shall enter into negotiations of a project agreement with the person who

Section 11-61A-10 Operation of the facility. (a) As used in this section, the word "person"
means a natural person, a corporation, a partnership, or an unincorporated association. (b)
The authority shall carefully consider and decide whether it is in the public interest for
the authority to operate the facility, enter into a contract with a person to operate the
facility for the authority, or lease the facility. The authority shall consider all the following

Section 10A-2A-16.10 Financial statements for stockholders. (a) Upon the written request of
a stockholder, a corporation shall deliver or make available to the requesting stockholder
by posting on its website or by other generally recognized means annual financial statements
for the most recent fiscal year of the corporation for which annual financial statements have
been prepared for the corporation. If financial statements have been prepared for the corporation

Section 11-89A-15 Cooperation, aid, and agreements from and with other bodies. (a) For the
purpose of attaining the objectives of this chapter, any county, municipality, or other political
subdivision, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of the state, a county or municipality
