Section 31-11-2 National Guard Mutual Assistance Counter-Drug Activities Compact. The National Guard Mutual Assistance Counter-Drug Activities Compact is enacted into law and entered with all other jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: NATIONAL GUARD MUTUAL ASSISTANCE COUNTER-DRUG ACTIVITIES COMPACT ARTICLE I As used in this compact, the following words shall have the following meanings: 1. DEMAND REDUCTION. Providing available National Guard personnel, equipment, support, and coordination to federal, state, local and civil organizations, institutions, and agencies for the purposes of the prevention of drug abuse and the reduction in the demand for illegal drugs. 2. DRUG INTERDICTION AND COUNTER-DRUG COMPACT ACTIVITIES. The use of National Guard personnel, while not in federal service, in any law enforcement support compact activities that are intended to reduce the supply or use of illegal drugs in the United States. (a) There is a Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators composed of seven members, six original members as set out in this subsection, and an additional consumer member as set out in subsection (b). (a) Any 25 owners of land lying within the limits of the territory proposed to be organized into a district may file a petition with the State Soil and Water Conservation Committee asking that a soil and water conservation district be organized to function in the territory described in the petition. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR.
