Section 11-46-6 Date of elections in certain Class 5 municipalities. (a) The provisions of
this section shall apply to all Class 5 cities, according to Section 11-40-12. (b) Any Class
5 city may hold its city election on the second Tuesday in July, 1980, and the runoff election
three weeks after said second Tuesday, with the city election every three years thereafter

Section 15-22-37 Rulemaking authority. (a) The Board of Pardons and Paroles may adopt rules,
not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, touching upon all matters dealt with
in this article, including, among others, practice and procedure in matters pertaining to
paroles, pardons, and remission of fines and forfeitures; provided, however, that no rule
adopted by the board shall have the effect of denying to any person whose application for

Section 31-9-13 Orders, rules and regulations of Governor - Effect; distribution. All orders,
rules, and regulations promulgated by the Governor as authorized by this article shall have
