Section 45-36A-104 Electric power board. (a) As used in this section the words electric board shall mean the Electric Power Board of the City of Scottsboro, Alabama, in Jackson County, a corporation organized under Title 37, Section 402 (15), and existing under the authority of Sections 11-50-310 et al. Section 40-17-359 Distribution and use of proceeds. (a) For the purpose of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below: (1) BASE ANNUAL COUNTY DISTRIBUTION. Section 23-6-8 Bonds of corporation; annual appropriation from state Public Road and Bridge Fund. (a) The bonds of the corporation shall be signed by its president and attested by its secretary and the seal of the corporation shall be affixed thereto or a facsimile thereof printed or otherwise reproduced thereon.
