Section 27-29-3 Acquisition of control of, or merger with, domestic insurers. Section 41-22-5.1 Public notification of proposed rules; business economic impact statement; applicability. (a) This section and Section 41-22-5.2 shall be known and may be cited as "The Red Tape Reduction Act." (b) When an agency files a notice of intent to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule, the agency shall make its best efforts to notify the public of the proposed rule. Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter, whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon, shall be for an initial period of 20 years, but shall be subject to renewal as provided in this section. Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses, etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for violation of this chapter.
