Section 2-3A-3 Incorporation of authority; procedure. (a) The Governor, the Commissioner of
Agriculture and Industries and the Director of Finance may incorporate and organize a public
corporation, with the power and authority hereinafter provided, by proceeding according to
the provisions of this article. To organize such a corporation, the Governor, the Commissioner
of Agriculture and Industries and the Director of Finance shall present to the Secretary of
State of Alabama an application signed by them which shall set forth: (1) The name and official
designation of each of the applicants, together with a certified copy of the commission evidencing

Section 22-14-4 State Radiation Control Agency; director and powers and duties thereof. (a)
The State Board of Health is hereby designated as the State Radiation Control Agency, hereinafter

for the construction, reconstruction and relocation of public roads, bridges and approaches
thereto, tunnels, other public roadway improvements, and work incidental or related thereto

Section 36-27-5 Membership - Members of Board of Pardons and Paroles; Director of Physical
Fitness Department. (a) Any person who has been regularly appointed to the state Board of
Pardons and Paroles or a former member of said board, or Director of Physical Fitness Department

article, except as otherwise provided, shall be paid to the Department of Revenue by check
