Section 2-5A-36 Establishment of debt service reserve fund. A debt service reserve fund may be established and maintained in such an amount and under such conditions for any or all series of the bonds as may be determined by the Board of Agriculture and Industries in its resolution relating to the bonds. Section 2-9-6 Requisitions and warrants for payments from fund. All expenses incurred under this title or any other provision of this code or other statute which the Commissioner, Department or Board of Agriculture and Industries is authorized or directed to administer or enforce for the operation of the department shall be paid by warrants drawn by the comptroller on the Agricultural Fund upon the requisition of the commissioner. Section 2-2-11 Organization of department; unclassified service. The commissioner shall, with the advice and approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, organize the Department of Agriculture and Industries into such divisions as deemed necessary to properly segregate and conduct the work of the department.
