Section 16-22-13.7 Fiscal year 2016-2017 adjustments. (a) PAY INCREASES, FY 2016-2017. The State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services School District, the Board of Directors of the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Board of Trustees of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science and for disbursement to the employees thereof funds based on the criteria established in this section. Section 34-27A-9 Classes of appraisers. (a) There shall be five classes of real estate appraisers licensed by the board. The classes may be revised or other classes added if necessary to conform in all respects with the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub.L. (a) Any residential home builder who desires to receive a new or renewal license under this chapter shall make and file with the board 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board a written application on a form prescribed by the board. (a) Effective January 1, 1998, it shall be unlawful for any person or business entity to engage in a business regulated by this chapter in this state without a current valid license or in violation of this chapter and applicable rules and regulations of the board.
