Section 40-12-172 Transient dealers. Each person doing business as a transient dealer as defined in this section and who does not pay the privilege license under Section 40-12-73 or the license permit under Section 40-25-19 shall pay an annual license tax to the state of $30. The payment of one state license shall authorize such transient dealer to engage in such business in any county in the state upon the payment of a county license of $5 in each such county. Section 45-35-150.02 Bingo games - Permits. (a) No qualified organization or club shall be permitted to operate a bingo game unless the sheriff of the county first issues a permit to the organization or club authorizing it to do so. The permit described in this article is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other business licenses which may be required by law, and no bingo game shall be operated until all required licenses have been obtained. A permit holder may hold only one permit and that permit is valid for only one location. The location may not be a location where any other permit holder conducts bingo sessions.
