Section 2-2-36 Establishment and operation of laboratory. The commissioner, with the approval
of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, shall have authority to incur such expenses
and use such funds as necessary for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a laboratory

fees; transfer of honeybees to hives with movable frames. The Commissioner of Agriculture
and Industries, pursuant to rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the State Board
