Section 2-27-63 Article deemed cumulative. The provisions of this article are cumulative and shall not repeal any other laws or parts of laws unless such laws or parts of laws are in direct conflict with the provisions of this article, and, then such laws or parts of laws are repealed only to the extent that same conflict with the provisions of this article.
