Section 2-17-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama or his duly authorized representative. (2) FIRM. Any partnership, association or other unincorporated business organization. (3) MEAT BROKER.
