Section 2-23-6 Inspection, sampling, analysis, etc., of agricultural liming materials by commissioner;
right of entry upon public or private premises, etc., of commissioner. (a) It shall be the
duty of the commissioner, who may act through his authorized agents, to sample, inspect, make
analysis of and test agricultural liming materials distributed within this state as he may
deem necessary to determine whether such agricultural liming materials are in compliance with
the provisions of this act or regulations promulgated hereunder. (b) The commissioner, individually
or through his agents, is authorized to enter upon any public or private premises or carriers

chapter and in order to determine whether its provisions have been complied with, including
whether or not any operations may be subject to such provisions, officers or employees duly

Section 2-27-12 Sampling and inspection. (a) The commissioner or his agent is authorized to

Section 2-22-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMERCIAL FERTILIZER.
Any substance containing one or more recognized plant nutrients which is used for its plant
nutrient content and which is designed for use or claimed to have value in promoting plant

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
