Section 11-8A-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BOND FINANCING AGREEMENT. An agreement or other document relating to the sale or issuance of bonds including, but not limited to, a bond purchase agreement, a loan agreement, a refinancing agreement, or documents providing for bonds sold or issued on a competitive sale basis. (2) BONDS. Bonds, bond anticipation notes, warrants, warrant anticipation notes, or indebtedness issued or entered into on behalf of the county or by the county commission for a term of at least three years or more. (3) BUSINESS DAY. A day, other than a Saturday or a Sunday, on which commercial banking institutions are open for business in the State of Alabama and a day on which the payment system of the Federal Reserve System is operational. Section 27-22A-7 Application for license and fees. (a) A sworn application for a license under this chapter shall be made to and filed with the department on forms prescribed and furnished by the commissioner. (b) The application shall provide all of the following: (1) The name, residence address, and other information required by the commissioner for an employee or officer of the vendor that is designated by the applicant as the person responsible for the vendor's compliance with the requirements of this chapter. Section 28-7-16 Tax on sale of table wine; disposition of proceeds. (a) Levy. Section 40-12-290 Registration of vintage vehicle. (a) Subject to the requirements of subsections (b), (c), (d) and (e), the owner of a motor vehicle which is herein defined as a "vintage vehicle", upon application to the judge of probate or commissioner of licenses on special application forms prescribed by the Commissioner of Revenue and the payment of a registration fee of ten dollars ($10), may register the vehicle as a "vintage vehicle" and procure therefor permanent license plates to be issued and displayed on the vehicle. Section 45-29-242.20 Levy and collection of tax. (a) This section shall only apply to Fayette County.
