If fresh fruits and vegetables are sold, offered for sale, transported for sale, shipped, moved or transported in containers and an official grade is marked on such container or on the label thereof or tag attached thereto, the grade so marked thereon shall conform to the grade of fresh fruits and vegetables packed in such containers.
