Section 40-9A-4 Department of Revenue to compile information and submit to Legislature report.
The Department of Revenue shall, not later than May 1, 1993, compile the information submitted
pursuant to Section 40-9A-3 and provide to the Legislature the following information: (a)
A complete listing of all real and personal property located in the state which is subject
to a lease with a public authority, county, or municipality of the State of Alabama. (b) A
complete listing of the estimated fair and reasonable market value of such real and personal
property. (c) The estimated tax revenue produced by such real and personal property if taxed
at the rates applicable to taxable property located in the respective jurisdictions. (d) A
copy of all lists, if any, received by the department from tax assessors pursuant to subsection

Section 2-10-28 Annual report. Every association shall prepare and make out an annual report,
on forms furnished by the commissioner and approved by the State Board of Agriculture and
Industries, containing such financial and other information relative to its operation during
the fiscal year as may be required by the State Board of Agriculture and Industries. Such
report shall contain, in addition to such other information as the board may require, the

Section 2-27-56 Surety bond or liability insurance. Each applicant for a license to perform
the custom application of pesticides shall, before a license is issued to him, furnish and
file with the commissioner a surety bond in which the State of Alabama is named as obligee
in the sum of $3,000.00 for each applicant operating ground equipment or not more than two
aircraft. Where an applicant operates more than two aircraft, the amount of the bond required
to be furnished shall be increased by the sum of $3,000.00 for each additional aircraft, provided
the total amount of any bond required under this section shall not exceed the sum of $12,000.00.

and welfare, the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Industries may collect
information, from time to time, regarding the existence, operation, or business of livestock,

relating to the number of persons who receive services from local domestic violence programs
or certified domestic violence centers and any other information that is required to be reported

Section 8-19A-9 License renewal. (a) Each person licensed under this chapter shall renew his
or her license annually by paying the fee for licensing and submitting to the division the
application required by this chapter. (b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c),

Section 2-2-7 Annual report; publication of handbooks, pamphlets, etc. The commissioner, with
the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, shall submit each year on or

Section 27-21A-8 Reporting requirements. Every health maintenance organization shall annually,
on or before the first day of March, file a report verified by at least two principal officers
with the commissioner, with a copy to the State Health Officer, covering the preceding calendar
