Industries, containing such financial and other information relative to its operation during

Section 2-11-92 Stations for inspection; grade certificates. The commissioner, with the approval
of the Board of Agriculture and Industries, may establish official stations for the inspection
of grain at any town or place where grain is bought, sold, marketed, stored or manufactured.
The commissioner shall inspect and grade upon request all grain sold, offered for sale or
consigned for sale. He shall issue a uniform grade certificate stating the kind and grade
of grain, test weight per bushel and the reason for all grade below number one and such other
facts as he may require. None of the facts certified in such certificate shall be presumed
to continue or exist beyond 60 days after the date of such certificate. Certificates issued

feed against which any assessment is made under authority of this article, if dissatisfied
