Section 22-30-3 Definitions. When used in this chapter and except where the context prohibits, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) COMMISSION. The Environmental Management Commission of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management as created by Section 22-22A-6. (2) DEPARTMENT. The Alabama Department of Environmental Management as created by Section 22-22A-4. (3) DIRECTOR. The Director of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. (4) DISPOSAL. The discharge, deposit, injection, dumping, spilling, leaking or placing of any hazardous waste into or on any land or water so that such hazardous waste or any constituent thereof may enter the environment or be emitted into the air or discharged into any waters, including ground waters. Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CURRENT ADDRESS. Section 27-7-5.3 Licenses - Limited license for self-service storage facility. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) LIMITED LICENSEE. A person or entity authorized to sell certain coverages for personal property maintained in self-service storage facilities pursuant to this section. (2) OCCUPANT. Section 26-23E-3 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ABORTION. The use or prescription of any instrument, medicine, drug, or any other substance or device with the intent to terminate the pregnancy of a woman known to be pregnant with knowledge that the termination by those means will with reasonable likelihood cause the death of the unborn child.
