Section 22-15A-8 Enforcement of chapter; reporting violations. (a) The department, in cooperation
with other agencies, shall enforce this chapter and to implement enforcement shall adopt,
in consultation with the State Fire Marshal, rules specifying procedures to be followed by
enforcement personnel in investigating complaints and notifying alleged violators and rules
specifying procedures by which appeals may be taken by aggrieved parties. (b) Public agencies
responsible for the management and maintenance of government buildings shall report observed

Section 40-23-24 Itinerant vendors to file bond. For the purpose of securing the payment of
any tax, penalties or interest due or which may become due under the provisions of this division,
every itinerant vendor engaged in the business of selling tangible personal property at retail
in this state is required to file a bond with the Department of Revenue, conditioned upon
the payment of any tax, penalty or interest due or to become due under this division and upon

Section 9-11-37 Issuance of licenses generally - Issuance fee; reports. (a) There shall be
a $1.00 issuance fee for all licenses sold by the Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries
of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, which shall be in addition to the
prescribed cost of such licenses. In counties where the probate judge or issuing officer is
on the fee system, the issuing fee shall be retained by the probate judge or issuing officer,

Section 9-11-375 Charge for buying or otherwise obtaining freshwater mussels; disposition of
revenues; violation as a misdemeanor. (a) Any person, firm, or corporation who purchases or
otherwise obtains freshwater mussels taken from Alabama waters shall pay to the Alabama Department

Section 23-1-244 License - Issuance, revocation, and renewal; fees. The director shall have
the sole authority to issue licenses for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of
junkyards within the limits defined in this division, and may revoke said licenses at any
