Section 2-8-21 Enforcement duties of commissioner; revocation of certification of association.
It shall be the duty of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, through the facilities
of the Department of Agriculture and Industries, to enforce and collect the assessment charges
levied upon the sale of agricultural commodities under the provisions of this article and
to enforce the rules and regulations of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries relative
thereto. The State Board of Agriculture and Industries shall have authority at any time to
revoke or cancel any approval or certification of an association in the event it finds that
such association is not carrying out its promotional program in accordance with the provisions
of this article and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. Before any certification

Section 41-23-160 Certified domestic violence center capital improvement grant program. (a)
For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1)
ACADV. The Alabama Coalition Against Domestic Violence. (2) DIRECTOR. The Director of the
Department of Economic and Community Affairs. (3) OTHER QUALIFIED ENTITY. An entity designated

Section 25-5-332 Premium discount where drug-free workplace program implemented. (a) If an
employer implements a drug-free workplace program substantially in accordance with this article,
the employer shall qualify for certification for a five percent premium discount under the
employer's workers' compensation insurance policy. (b) For each policy of workers' compensation
insurance issued or renewed in the state on and after July 1, 1996, there shall be granted
by the insurer a five percent reduction in the premium for the policy if the insured has been

Section 40-26B-71 Assessment. (a) For state fiscal years 2020, 2021, and 2022, an assessment
is imposed on each privately operated hospital in the amount of 6.00 percent of net patient
revenue in fiscal year 2017, which shall be reviewed and updated annually, subject to limitations

with provisions of any existing court order, individualized service plan, or promulgated policy
of the department that provides guidance to caregivers concerning the reasonable and prudent
