Section 22-22A-5 Powers and functions of department; representation of department by Attorney General in legal actions. Section 25-14-8 Violations; penalties. (a)(1) Upon a finding that a registrant has violated a provision of Section 25-14-6 or 25-14-7, the secretary may: a.
