Section 45-49-252.05 Solid waste management permits. Permits required under Section
45-49-252.03 shall be issued in the following manner: (1) Any person desiring to obtain a
permit shall file an application for a permit with the director on application forms provided
by the director and shall accompany such application with: a. Name and address of the applicant,
showing its legal identity (individual, partnership, corporation, etc.). b. The business address
of the applicant. c. An inventory of all motorized equipment or other equipment to be used
in such collection, transportation, or disposal. d. The methods of storage, transport, and

Section 34-29-94 Veterinary technician licensing requirements; authorized acts; unlicensed
assistants; emergency care; suspension, revocation of license; continuing education. (a) In
order to obtain a license as a veterinary technician, the applicant shall do all of the following:

Section 45-37-40.04 License - Application; hearings; appeals; fees. (a) Every applicant
for a barbers license, apprentice barbers license, barber teacher license, scalp specialist
license, or a license to operate a barber shop or barbers college, or other like business,
shall apply therefor in writing on blanks prepared or furnished by the barbers commission.
It shall be accompanied by the recommendation of at least two barbers doing business in the
county, not related to the applicant, certifying that the applicant is of good reputation,

Section 2-15-23 Renewal of brands; effect of failure to renew brand. (a) There shall
be a renewal period for recording livestock brands with the department which shall be once
every three years, beginning with October 1, 2005. All brands recorded on or after October
1, 2005, shall be renewed or rerecorded on or before October 1, 2008, and each three-year
period thereafter. At least 90 days prior to the renewal date for all registered brands, the
department shall notify all persons having brands registered of the renewal date. On or before

Section 32-6-311 Design of plates; issuance; fees; proof of qualification; use on private
vehicle. The license plates shall be of a design to be prescribed by the Commissioner of Revenue,
provided the plates shall bear the words "Pearl Harbor Survivor" and prominently
