Section 2-17-16 Commissioner to appoint inspectors; duties of inspectors; inspections
and examinations to be made in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by commissioner.
The commissioner shall appoint from time to time inspectors to make examination and inspection
of all cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules and other equines and poultry, the inspection
of which is hereby provided for, and of all carcasses and parts thereof and of all meats and
meat food products and poultry food products thereof and of the sanitary conditions of all
establishments in which such meat and meat food products and poultry food products hereinbefore

Section 2-21-17 Definitions. When used in this chapter or in rules and regulations promulgated
thereunder, the following words and terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them, except
