Section 22-28-14 Regulations - Authority of commission. The commission, pursuant to procedures
prescribed in Section 22-28-15, may adopt regulations to promote the purposes of this chapter.
Without limiting the generality of this authority, such regulations may among other things
prescribe: (1) Ambient air quality standards specifying the maximum permissible short-term
and long-term concentrations of various air contaminants in the atmosphere; (2) Emission standards
specifying the maximum amounts or concentrations of air contaminants that may be discharged
into the atmosphere; (3) Standards and conditions regarding the sale, offer or use of any
fuel or other article determined to constitute an air pollution hazard or which could constitute
an air pollution hazard; (4) Alert and abatement standards relative to air pollution episodes

Section 24-5-9 Inspection of establishments; testing and records. (a) The commission shall
cause to be inspected, at such times as it may deem proper, any place or establishment within
this state where manufactured homes are manufactured, sold, or offered for sale, for the purpose
of ascertaining whether the requirements of this article and the regulations of the commission
have been met. (b) The commission, or its duly authorized representatives, may cause products
or parts or portions thereof to be analyzed or tested by the state agent, or its duly authorized
agency. Such analysis or test records may be preserved by the commission, and when sworn to

Section 40-25-24 Sale, purchase, receipt, etc., of goods not stamped; penalty. It shall be
unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, except as otherwise provided by law, to sell,
purchase, transport, receive, or possess any of the articles taxed under the provisions of
this article unless the same has been stamped in the manner required by this article, for
the purpose of evading the payment of the taxes on such products. Any person, firm, or corporation
violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction

Section 13A-8-151 Unlawful acts with respect to telecommunications devices; seizure and destruction
unlawful devices, plans, etc. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly do any

Section 2-26-11 Prohibited acts. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for
sale, expose for sale or distribute within this state: (1) Any agricultural or vegetable seed
unless the test to determine the percentage of germination required by Section 2-26-7 shall
