Section 8-16-51 Rules and regulations; fees. (a) The term of appointment for weighmasters shall be for one year. (b) A fee established by the Board of Agriculture and Industries not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), which shall accrue to the Agricultural Fund, shall be paid to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries by each person appointed or designated as weighmaster. (c) Provided, however, any weighmaster whose term of appointment has not expired on or after July 30, 1979, shall not be required to pay the increased permit fee during such term. (Ag.
