promulgate such rules and regulations for making returns and for ascertainment, assessment
and collection of the tax imposed hereunder as it may be deemed necessary to enforce its provisions;

Section 40-29-23.1 Development and operation of financial institution data match program. (a)
For purposes of this section the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ACCOUNT.
A demand deposit account, checking account, negotiable withdrawal order account, savings account,
time deposit account, or money-market mutual fund account. (2) ACCOUNT HOLDER. A person or
persons authorized to perform transactions on behalf of an account. (3) DELINQUENT TAXPAYER.
A taxpayer with an outstanding tax liability for which a final assessment has been entered
that is no longer subject to appeal under the Alabama Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, so that the

Section 40-9C-6 Procedure for granting abatement. (a) Subject to the limitations set out in
Section 40-9C-5, any person who proposes to become a private user of brownfield development
property or of a major addition thereto may apply to the governing body of any municipality
or county at or about the time a voluntary cleanup plan is approved by the Alabama Department
of Environmental Management, for an abatement of all of the taxes allowed to be abated under
this chapter with respect to such property. The application shall contain information that
will permit the governing body to which it is submitted to make a reasonable cost/benefit
analysis as to the proposed brownfield development property and to determine the maximum exemption

of a product severed in Coosa County shall file a report with the department on forms prescribed
by the department within 20 days after the end of each calendar month in which the purchaser

The report shall state the names and addresses of all producers in Coosa County from whom

Section 45-45-201.09 License procedures by mail; fees; forms. The Director of the Madison County
License Department shall charge and collect a fee not to exceed two dollars ($2) for each
motor vehicle license tag issued by mail, in addition to all other fees prescribed by law.
The additional fee shall be paid by the owner of the motor vehicle with his or her mailed
request for license tags, and the fees collected by the director of the department shall be
