Section 16-1-49 Information on influenza and it vaccine to be provided to parents and
guardians of students. (a) If a local board of education provides information on immunizations,
infectious diseases, medications, or other school health issues to parents and guardians of
students in grades K through 12, then all of the following information about influenza disease
and its vaccine shall be included: (1) A description of causes, symptoms, and means of transmission.
(2) A list of sources for additional information. (3) Related recommendations issued by the
Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the federal Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention. (b) The Department of Education, in cooperation with the Department of Public
Health, shall develop and make available the information about influenza disease and its vaccine
to local school systems as required under subsection (a) in an efficient manner that may include

Section 22-27-48 Implementation of plans. (a) In addition to any regulatory bodies,
the governing body of a county or municipality has a responsibility for and the authority
to assure the proper management of solid wastes generated within its jurisdiction in accord
with its solid waste management plan. A governing body may assign territories and approve
or disapprove disposal sites in its jurisdiction in accord with the plan approved for its
jurisdiction. Such approval or disapproval of services or activities described in the local
plan shall be in addition to any other approvals required from other regulatory authorities
and shall be made prior to any other approvals necessary for the provision of such services,

Section 32-7A-17 Reinstatement of suspended registration; verification by license plate
issuing officials. (a) License plate issuing officials shall not register or re-register a
motor vehicle or transfer the license plates if the registration is suspended pursuant to
Section 32-7A-12. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), upon the request of the registrant,

Section 36-29-7 Payment of employer's contribution; coverage for dependents; changes
to contributions; withholding of employee's contribution; State Employees' Insurance Fund.
(a) The board is hereby authorized to provide under the provisions of this chapter that the
