Section 9-11-49.1 Establishment of bag limits, etc., for certain nonresidents. Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or law to the contrary, the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources with consent of the conservation advisory board is hereby authorized to establish bag limits, lengths of seasons and license fees for nonresidents who reside in those states which have entered into reciprocal agreements as to the aforementioned with the State of Alabama.
