Section 2-15-190 Purpose of article. The purpose of this article is to authorize and empower the State Board of Agriculture and Industries to establish a program to include methods and procedures for the prevention, control and eradication of brucellosis or Bang's disease in cattle and to prescribe the powers, authority and duties of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries and the State Veterinarian relative to such a disease control program, which powers, duties and authority shall be in addition to or supplemental to all other powers, duties and authority now authorized by law for the control and eradication of diseases of livestock.
