Section 2-3-4 Duties of board. It shall be the duty of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries
to consider the agricultural and industrial needs of the state; to make and promulgate reasonable
rules and regulations necessary to carry out the objects and purposes of the regulatory work

Section 20-1-24 When articles deemed adulterated - Drugs. An article shall be deemed adulterated
in the case of drugs: (1) If, when a drug is sold under or by a name recognized in the United
