Section 34-24-255 Examinations - Requirements; issuance of license; fees. (a) Every person desiring to commence the practice of podiatry shall apply to the board and shall pay an application fee as established by the board. (a) The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries shall promptly notify any person applying for a permit to operate a public warehouse whether or not such application has been granted.
