Section 45-37-150.17 Effect of revocation, suspension, etc. (a) A permitholder whose permit
is revoked in consequence of a violation of this article or a rule promulgated under this
article is ineligible to apply for a permit for a period of one year after the revocation.
(b) A person convicted of an offense under Section 45-37-150.16 or any other gambling offense
is ineligible to serve as an officer of a permitholder or to participate in conducting bingo
for a period of one year after the conviction becomes final. If the person is licensed pursuant
to this article, the person shall forfeit the permit and is ineligible to apply for the issuance

Section 27-12A-8 Licensing penalties for insurance fraud. (a) A producer who violates this

Section 27-25-4.1 Title agent qualifications. (a) The commissioner may contract with non-governmental
entities, including NAIC, to perform any ministerial functions, including the collection of

Section 27-7-22 Licenses - Return for cancellation; affidavit in lieu thereof. (a) All licenses
issued under this chapter, though issued to a licensee, at all times are the property of the
State of Alabama, and upon notice of any suspension, revocation, refusal to renew, expiration,

fines. (a) The board may levy and collect administrative fines not to exceed five thousand
dollars ($5,000) for each violation or revoke or suspend the license of any licensee who,
