Section 2-2-5 Salary of commissioner. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries shall be paid such salary as shall be fixed by law. Such salary shall be payable from the Agricultural Fund of the State Treasury, and shall be payable to such officer in installments in the same manner as the salaries of other state officers are paid.
