Section 11-96A-3 Municipalities or counties empowered to take certain actions to carry out purpose of chapter. (a) Any brake fluid sold, offered for sale, kept for sale, or distributed in this state which is in violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this article, or rules and regulations promulgated under it, or which is not registered as required under this article shall be subject to suspension from sale, seizure and condemnation pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 2 of Title 2, and shall be subject to all of the provisions of said Article 2. (a) It shall be the duty of the owner and developer of each subdivision to have all construction completed in conformity with this chapter and, prior to beginning any construction or development, to submit the proposed plat to the county commission for approval and obtain a permit to develop as required in this section.
