Section 34-27C-3 Powers of the board. (a) The board shall have the following powers: (1) In
accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to adopt rules not in conflict with the
laws of this state which are reasonable, proper, and necessary to carry out the functions
of the board in the regulation of persons engaged in providing security officers within this
state. Any interested person may petition the board to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule and
the board shall prescribe by rule any necessary forms for petitions and procedures for submission,

Section 41-10-181 Authority as state agency; control over Blakeley site, historic park, etc.;
promulgation, alteration, etc., of rules and regulations concerning preservation, etc., of

Section 25-2-20 Review of rules or regulations - Petition to board of appeals. Any person in
interest, his authorized agent or attorney may petition the board of appeals for a review
of the validity or reasonableness of any rule or regulation adopted, amended, or repealed
by the board of appeals under the provisions of this chapter. The petition shall be verified,
shall be filed with the board of appeals and shall state the rule or regulation proposed to
be reviewed and in what respect it is claimed to be invalid or unreasonable. The board may
join in one proceeding all petitions alleging the invalidity or unreasonableness of substantially

Section 2-13-93 Rules and regulations. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, with
the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, is authorized to promulgate
and adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the evident intent and purposes of this article.

Section 9-10B-22 Implementation of use restriction alternatives; conditions, limitations, or
restrictions on certificate of use. (a) Upon the designation of any area of the state as a
capacity stress area where the commission specifically finds the implementation of a use restriction

31, 1998, the Department of Revenue shall develop and promulgate in the form of a proposed
agency rule a standard multi-jurisdictional tax form and a singular jurisdictional tax form

Section 27-21A-14 Regulation of producers. (a) Unless exempted pursuant to subsection (c),
health maintenance organizations in this state shall only solicit enrollees or otherwise market
their services through producers duly licensed in accordance with Chapters 7 and 8A of this

Section 2-3-23 Promulgation and enforcement of rules and regulations; posting of rules; penalty.
The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries is empowered and authorized, with the approval
of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, to promulgate and enforce such rules and
regulations, as in the opinion of the commissioner, shall be necessary to carry out the purposes
of this article. Any rules and regulations made and promulgated shall be posted in a conspicuous
place at each structure, facility or market. When so promulgated and posted, such rules and

Section 2-12-11 Offenses; disposition of fines. Any person who shall perform any of the acts
which are declared unlawful by the provisions of this chapter or who fails to perform any
duty or requirement imposed by the provisions of this article relating to the sale or offering
