Section 36-21-50 Penalty for violation of provisions of article or standards, rules, etc.,

utility services for storage, use, or other consumption in this state, not exempted under
the provisions of Section 40-21-103, shall at the time of making such sales or, if the storage,

fails or refuses to pay to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries any assessment required
