Section 25-4-120 Reciprocal arrangements with state and federal agencies. (a) Interstate benefit
payments. The secretary is hereby authorized to enter into reciprocal arrangements with appropriate
and duly authorized agencies of other states or of the federal government, or both, whereby
potential rights to benefits under this chapter may constitute the basis for payment of benefits
by another state or the federal government, and potential rights to benefits accumulated under
the law of another state or the federal government may constitute the basis for the payment
of benefits by this state. Such benefits shall be paid under such provisions of the law of
the state wherein the wages, upon the basis of which such benefits are determined, were issued.
No such arrangement shall be entered into unless it contains provision for reimbursement to
the fund for such benefits as are paid on the basis of wages and service subject to the law

shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly

Section 17-13-8.1 Instant runoff primary elections in certain situations. (a) Notwithstanding
the provisions of Section 17-6-23 and Section 17-13-18, in a primary election or second primary
election, this section shall apply only to voters who are voting by absentee ballot pursuant
to the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act in any county or portion thereof

Section 25-5-332 Premium discount where drug-free workplace program implemented. (a) If an
employer implements a drug-free workplace program substantially in accordance with this article,
the employer shall qualify for certification for a five percent premium discount under the
employer's workers' compensation insurance policy. (b) For each policy of workers' compensation
insurance issued or renewed in the state on and after July 1, 1996, there shall be granted
by the insurer a five percent reduction in the premium for the policy if the insured has been
certified by the Department of Labor, Workers' Compensation Division, as having a drug-free
workplace program which complies with the requirements of this article and has notified its

Section 27-21A-2 Establishment of health maintenance organizations. (a) Notwithstanding any
law of this state to the contrary, any person may apply to the commissioner for and obtain
a certificate of authority to establish and operate a health maintenance organization in compliance
