Section 2-10-95 Election and duties of officers. The board of directors shall elect from its
number a president and one or more vice-presidents. It shall also elect a secretary and a

Section 45-49A-83 Prichard Communication Authority. (a) There is created the Prichard Communication
Authority. (b)(1) The authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of five

Section 34-9-41 Officers of board; seal; meetings; compensation; disposition of funds. The
board shall annually elect from its membership a president, vice-president, and secretary-treasurer
