Each association formed under this article shall prepare and make out an annual report on forms furnished by the Secretary of State, containing the name of the association, its principal place of business and a general statement of its business operations during the fiscal year, showing the amount of capital stock paid up and the number of stockholders of a stock association or the number of members and amount of membership fees received, if a nonstock association, the expenses of operations, the amount of its indebtedness or liability and its balance sheets. Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes.
