Section 22-30A-5 Identification of inactive or abandoned sites and liable parties by director;
development and implementation of cleanup plan; public comment period; orders; notice and
hearing; payment and reimbursement of expenses; appeal; recovery of expenses by order or civil
action; penalties. (a) The director shall identify inactive or abandoned hazardous substance
sites, as defined herein, within the State of Alabama. Once identified the director shall
refer to the most current national priorities list ("NPL") of the United States
Environmental Protection Agency under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation
and Liability Act of 1980, ("CERCLA") 42 U.S.C. §9601 et seq. Any Alabama site
identified by the director that also appears on the NPL shall not be subject to this chapter,
except for the matching funds provision of Section 22-30A-3(c). (b) For all sites so identified

Section 32-6-4.2 Nondriver identification cards - Expiration; renewal, suspension, and revocation;
fraudulent use or misuse. (a) Each nondriver identification card issued to any person, except
cards issued pursuant to Section 32-6-4.1, who is less than 62 years of age shall expire eight

party states shall participate in a coordinated licensure information system of all licensed
registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. This system shall include information on
the licensure and disciplinary history of each nurse, as submitted by party states, to assist

Section 41-14A-9 Procedures for payment of losses. (a) When the State Treasurer becomes aware
that a default or insolvency has occurred, the State Treasurer shall provide notice as required

number of soybean producers approve, by a referendum as provided in this article, the levying
of an assessment upon the sale of soybeans for a promotional program, the Commissioner of
Agriculture and Industries shall, within 30 days, notify in writing every person engaged in
the business of buying soybeans, whether said buyers are located within the State of Alabama
or not, that on or after the date designated in such notice, which shall not be less than
